Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using StreamLucid ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What StreamLucid Is
StreamLucid is a media player and personal guide for live television streams that you provide or select. The App may help you organize channels, browse a built-in Public Guide of public streams, and use optional features such as favorites and search. StreamLucid is not a television provider, IPTV reseller, broadcaster, or content distributor. We do not supply paid channels, subscriptions, or copyrighted programming.
Your Content Sources
You are solely responsible for the streams, playlists, tuners, and other sources you connect to the App. You represent that you have the legal right to access and play any content you add. StreamLucid does not verify, endorse, or control third-party sources. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of any stream, guide data, or recording made from your sources.
Public Guide
The App may include a built-in Public Guide of publicly available streams from government, public broadcasters, and community access sources. Guide entries can change or stop working at any time. Inclusion in the Public Guide does not mean we own, license, or guarantee any stream. If you believe content in the Public Guide infringes your rights, contact legal@streamlucid.com with enough detail for us to review and, where appropriate, remove it.
Subscriptions
StreamLucid Pro is an optional in-app subscription processed by Apple. Free tier access includes the curated public guide and one IPTV source. Pro unlocks unlimited IPTV sources, smart search, and advanced guide tools. Pro does not unlock third-party television content. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by Apple's App Store terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to infringe copyrights, circumvent access controls, redistribute streams without authorization, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks users, licensors, or the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, accurate program guide data, or that any stream will remain available.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMLUCID AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CONTENT YOU ACCESS THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version is available in Settings and at streamlucid.com/terms.
