What is StreamLucid?

StreamLucid is a media player and live TV program guide for Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Add your own authorized IPTV/M3U playlist, or browse the built-in Public Guide of curated public streams. We do not provide paid television subscriptions or host television content.

What is included in the Public Guide?

The built-in Public Guide includes about 22 curated public streams such as NASA TV, PBS, international public news, and community or government access channels. It is included on the free tier and is meant to demonstrate the guide — not replace your IPTV subscription.

How do I connect my IPTV source?

Open Settings in the app, tap Add Source, and paste your M3U playlist URL. StreamLucid plays streams directly from your provider. The free tier supports one source; Pro supports unlimited sources.

What does StreamLucid Pro include?

StreamLucid Pro unlocks app features only: unlimited IPTV/M3U sources, smart search, and advanced guide organization. Pro does not unlock third-party television content or a premium channel catalog. Subscriptions are $4.99/month or $39.99/year through the App Store.

Can I watch on iPhone, iPad, or Mac?

Yes. StreamLucid is built natively for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac. Your guide, favorites, and sources work across supported Apple devices.

How do I join the beta?

If public TestFlight access is available, use the download button on our homepage. Otherwise email us and we will send an invite.

How do I report a copyright concern?

Email legal@streamlucid.com with the channel name, stream URL if known, and enough detail for us to review. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select StreamLucid Pro to cancel or change your plan.
