Overview
StreamLucid respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App and our related services collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. StreamLucid is designed so that the television streams you add are played directly from their sources. We do not re-host your live TV feeds.
Information We Collect
• App preferences you save on your device, such as favorite genres, channel groups, and layout choices. • Source configuration you enter, such as playlist names and URLs, stored locally on your device unless you choose a sync feature. • Optional account or subscription information if you purchase premium features through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment processing is handled by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card number. • Diagnostic and usage data that helps us fix crashes and improve performance, if you allow analytics on your device. • Information you send when contacting support or submitting a legal notice.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not operate a shared library of your recordings. We do not sell your playlist URLs. We do not monitor what you watch for advertising profiling. If you connect your own IPTV or tuner source, playback generally occurs between your device and the source provider without StreamLucid storing the video.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and improve the App, personalize your guide, respond to support requests, process subscriptions, enforce our Terms, and comply with law. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to understand feature usage and reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting, analytics, or customer support), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. Apple processes App Store purchases under its own privacy policy.
Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your Choices
You can delete local App data by removing the App from your device. You can manage analytics permissions in your device settings where available. Residents of certain regions may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information. Contact privacy@streamlucid.com to make a request.
Children
StreamLucid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

StreamLucid is a media player. Users may add their own IPTV/M3U sources. StreamLucid does not host, sell, or redistribute paid television content.
