Does StreamLucid host streams?

No. StreamLucid does not host, sell, provide, unlock, or redistribute television content. It is a media player for IPTV sources you add.

What does Pro unlock?

Pro unlocks app features including cloud sync for sources and favorites, smart search, Guide Cloud for better EPG matching, daily guide refresh, unlimited IPTV sources, and advanced guide tools. Subscriptions are $4.99/month or $39.99/year through the App Store.

What is Guide Cloud?

Guide Cloud improves EPG guide matching for user-added IPTV sources by processing guide metadata in the cloud. Your Apple devices download compact guide results instead of huge XMLTV files. Guide Cloud is a Pro feature.

Does Guide Cloud provide channels?

No. Guide Cloud processes guide metadata only. It does not provide playable streams or content access of any kind.

Why do some channels not have guide data?

Guide data depends on available EPG metadata and playlist identifiers. Some channels may not have matching public guide metadata. Results vary by playlist and available guide data.

Can I add my own EPG URL?

Yes. Users can add their own XMLTV/EPG URL for sources they add. StreamLucid will parse and display that guide data for your channels.

Does Pro unlock channels?

No. Pro unlocks app functionality only — cloud sync, smart search, Guide Cloud, and advanced guide tools. It does not provide or unlock television content.

What is StreamLucid?

How do I connect my IPTV source?

Open Settings in the app, tap Add Source, and paste your M3U playlist URL or Xtream Codes details from a source you are authorized to use.

Which Apple devices does StreamLucid support?

StreamLucid is available for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV on the App Store.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select StreamLucid Pro to cancel or change your plan.
